After working over a decade in property in various different locations across the UK, TSK Mortgages was established in September 2019.Our years of experience allows us to identify the information in your circumstances that is relevant and pivotal to a lender. This in turn saves you the lengthy process of personally navigating the ever changing criteria from lenders.We pride ourselves on our long-lasting relationships with our clients and our responsiveness. We strive to be exemplary from start to end, until it’s time to do it all over again.
What do we do?
Whilst this may be a very stressful time for you, we strive to take care of everything mortgage related from start to finish. You will have a dedicated single point of contact throughout the process. We approach lenders based on your specific circumstances after an initial consultation. In striving to be exemplary, coupled with our knowledge and experience, we aim to be efficient with respect to saving your time and money. Budget planning is central to all advice provided when it comes to planning for your mortgage and protection needs.
Your broker will remain on hand until completion and willing to answer any doubts that arise throughout the process whilst communicating with lenders, insurance providers, estate agents as well as solicitors to ensure that we are controlling the controllable during the process.
